At a time when responsiveness and reliability are in short supply, Kent was the exact opposite! He responded to my call right away, scheduled an appointment promptly, arrived on time, and did a great job! I used them to clean area rugs, but am planning on calling on them for various projects in the future.

IClean Floors did a wonderful job at the business I work for in mid-city. The owner came and took the time to walk through the business with me and explain the cleaning process he would use. When he encountered a tough stain he even went out of his way to consult his chemical expert, and then run down the street to purchase a solution he didn't already have.
Not only were they friendly and thorough, but iClean Floors had the lowest quote in the New Orleans area - I checked!
