Working with Refresh Exteriors and Jaymen Mihm was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. Jaymen examined my roof for hail damage I was skeptical as insurance had denied an earlier review. Still, nearly all of my neighbors had their roof replaced following a hail storm, so it was of concern to me. I am not of an age to crawl on my roof to look, so trusting a reliable contractor is important to me. I checked references to learn more about the experience and the other customers were very pleased. I proceeded with Refresh and the second review by my insurer was totally approved.

Refresh Exteriors completely surpassed my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my new roof and the service I received. Jaymen handled the insurance claim and met with the adjuster which I really appreciated. I was so pleased that the roof was installed when it was scheduled and each day Pat checked in to make sure I was happy with the progress. The crew was top notch and was so thorough on the clean-up. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to work with Refresh Exteriors!
