Natalia Tsar is one of the few dentists on the East Coast of Florida to offer neuromuscular dentistry, which considers the actual positioning and function of the jaw. Neuromuscular dentists seek to establish a harmonious relationship of the teeth, muscles and jaw joints, helping to relieve problems that occur with misaligned bites such headaches, migraines, neck pain, jaw pain, and chipped or fractured teeth.
Robin received her Dental Assisting Certification from Indian River Community College. She has been an assistant for over 16 years and has experience in all aspects of dentistry, specializing in cosmetic dentistry. She is enthusiastic about her job enjoys creating a tranquil environment for her patients.
Bridges are natural-looking dental appliances that can replace a section of missing teeth. Because they are custom-made, bridges are barely noticeable and can restore the natural contour of teeth as well as the proper bite relationship between upper and lower teeth. Bridges are sometimes referred to as fixed partial dentures, because they are semi-permanent and are bonded to existing teeth or implants.
Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics or Ceramic reconstruction also known as CEREC is an innovation in CAD/CAM dentistry. Tsar Dental Excellence now offers CEREC technology to ensure faster services for our patients. CEREC is a process that allows us to construct and produce as well as to insert individual ceramic restorations in a single appointment.

I’m a new patient at this clinic and I’m very impressed so far. Dr Natalia and her staff are nothing short of superb. Equipment is top notch throughout. Today, I completed deep cleaning treatment before getting into TMJ treatment and just wanted to share my experience with Yaneth (higienist). I’ve had deep cleaning done before, but never with such care and meticulous service. Never in pain- brief discomfort at the most. I highly recommend Yaneth to anyone who’s looking for impeccable service at comfort. Looking forward to my next treatments.

Dr. Natalia provides personal care with professional knowledge in the safe environment during Covid-19 pandemic. Many careful precautions were taken for patient safety. All staff members work as a team with Dr. Natalia. I was extremely pleased with my new crown work and highly recommend to any one , it’s best in the area. Like finding a good doctor or a good mechanic, finding a good dentist is not always easy. I don't like relying on trial and error when fixing my transmission, and much less so when filling a cavity. I started going to Tsar dental when a family member recommended them to me. Four years and 100 miles later (I moved to Miami and still make the drive up) I'm still a loyal customer. The staff is well organized, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am so lucky to have Dr. Natalia Tsar as my dentist in WPB. She has been taken care of my entire family for years. She and her staff are friendly, professional and the best at what they do. The office is calm and welcoming, and just a place where I want to make my smile even better. She is also a person that is kind at heart. Very positive—the second to none technology and the friendliness of the staff are most appealing. I could tell that there was a top-notch priority to make me feel comfortable (music, calming lotion, etc). When I first started coming, it felt a bit cold. Absolutely amazing!! Dr. Tsar was able to fix my smile without having to put crowns on my 6 front teeth. My first dentist I found after moving to West Palm Beach (Premier Dentistry of Palm Beaches ) insisted I have crowns put in. Being in my 20’s I didn’t want to make a permanent decision that could damage my smile. Dr. Tsar truly works with her clients to make them feel comfortable and satisfied, the staff are also very friendly, accommodating and make you feel relaxed.
