Very happy with my cut and color. Jessica color corrected a mess caused by another salon, and did it effortlessly and beautifully . Carrie gave me a gorgeous cut and blow out. Adrian was the first friendly warm smile that greeted me, understood my needs and guided me in the right direction. Michelle , the salon owner is very involved and personable, very obviously strives for her clients to have the best experience possible. Overall a very positive, lovely experience . I have definitely found my new home ! Thank you to all !! Jess and Carrie you are truly a dream team !!!

I have had my hair done at capelli salon off and on for several years and have had no problems in fact they have gone out of their way to satisfy my needs.until yesterday, I went in for a quick trim and i mean quick (10 min). no wash or dry and charged me 45$ ! i was so stuned ,i payed it because i didn't want to make a scene. I called them back today and talked to jim and he refused to do anything about it.i'm very disappointed and sad with his response

This is a wonderful little shop. Hairstylist Karis gave me the best haircut I may have ever gotten in my life. The ambience is nice, the shop is pretty, the staff were friendly enough. Really, I couldn't be happier. Husband is thrilled with the new look. Stopped in here simply because it is in walking distance of our vacation condo, but thinking now I might wait till we are back on vacation to get my hair cut again. This salon is worth the wait. Look forward to my next visit.

Very disappointed. I wanted to believe it was just a bad day for them but all 3 experiences worse than the next. The assistants to the stylist are actually better qualified and more pleasant then the stylist themselves. The seasoned stylist seem over it and burned out and do not seem to care at all. Personally i wont be back. But if you do book maybe connect with an assistant since they seem to listen and care more. Sinks are extremely uncomfortable. Chairs slide out. Sometimes looks like flea market if they have all sale items lined up in middle of salon. But they do have a great array of
