Did not disclose what was wrong with the property. Only disclosed minor fixes. He was caught in several lies between my realtor and myself. I signed a check dated 3/26/2020 and he held the check for thirteen days. Legally he has two days to cash the check. After the house inspection, we found out the house had over $50,000 in repairs needed. We had to do a mutual release because the owner was unwilling to come down on the price or fix anything. After the release was signed , the realtor cashed our check.
