Very, Very, Very, very, very caring. 100% would recommend them. They did the funerals of my 74 year old Grandma Emily Bressie (1984), my 84 year old Grandpa William Bressie Senior (1993), my 62 year old Grandpa Jesse Huddleston (1996 MAN! that was a emotional funeral!) and most recently my 72 year old father Lonnie Bressie (2017). When I die, I'm… entrusting this Funeral Home to cremate my body and scatter the ashes on top of the graves of my father, the Bressie Grandparents and the Bressie Great-Granprents at Shady Grove Cementary. I kinda hope they don't go out of business before I leave

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They allowed someone who was NOT a member of the family to make changes to the service and picture collage without notifying his next of kin (his own children) even after we told them not to. They also gave the guest book and DVD copy to this same person instead of giving it to his own children. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with and we will never be able to have another service for our father. To be excluded and ignored in the planning of your own father's funeral is a pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. Not what we wanted. Not what we paid for
