Untaxes made many mistakes on our routine taxes. They guessed answers to several basic questions, which they could have easily asked for the correct answers for, and they guessed wrong each time. We only noticed when we reviewed their work.
Additionally, they were largely non-responsive, and we had to chase them down for status, as the filing deadline approached. Not a competent tax preparer.

Before posting this review, I took quite some time to think about whether I should bother because as a business professional I understand how reviews can affect a business. However, it’s come to a point where I can’t even begin to describe the displeasure I’ve had with Frank and his office. He was referred to me by my prior accountant who handled my personal income tax return for 6 years. When I created my business he asked me to work with Frank since he knew more about business tax returns.
