Services
This is a private, client-focused, professional psychotherapy office. I focus on grief, healing from abuse, women's issues, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and other life and mental health issues and mental illnesses. A positive, comfortable, genuine, spiritual, and holistic approach to healing and growth is promoted here.
I received my BA in Psychology from Cedarville University in OH and my MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in VA. I was about 11 years old when I picked up my dad's Psychology text book, read it from cover to cover, and fell in love with the helping profession. Since very young, I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to volunteer and work with inspiring individuals with disabilities.
I hold to an integrative psychotherapy theory approach. Though my approach stays consistent, aspects that come to the forefront at the moment will depend upon your personal needs and your individual personality, needs, and goals. A foundational aspect to my personal psychotherapy approach is that I always deeply value and respect every individual that I work with.
TeleHealth is a mode of participating in psychotherapy through the use of your phone or computer from any location you choose. This is a means to access therapy in a comfortable, accessible, and convenient manner for those with busy schedules, live far from services, or have difficulty leaving the home.
