John and his crew did an amazing job transforming my old walkway and Patio into something truly beautiful. From planning to the finished product there were challenges along the way with product availability being at the top with shortages everywhere. John tirelessly kept tracking down the material that we needed to complete the job. And for that we are thankful. Thanks again for the beautiful job that exceeded our expectations. John and crew installed a blue stone patio at our local Vernon business. We were beyond satisfied with his work and the professionalism of his team. After the job was complete and we had a question he returned and spoke to us in person. Our clientele compliment the new area regularly and we now have a beautiful space for guests to enjoy. John and his team just finished creating a large and inviting outdoor patio with fire pit and sitting wall at my home. They transformed an almost useless outdoor area into a welcoming outdoor living area. John delivered what he promised, arrived nice and early in the morning with his team made very noticeable progress every single day.
With a backyard that is not easily accessible, they carefully navigated all material around the house countless times, all the while doing their best not to make more of a mess than was necessary. They laid top soil, graded, and seeded all the tracks before completing

John and his crew at Natural Concepts installed a beautiful stone patio at my home last year and it has become the family’s favorite place to hang out. He outlined the job clearly and kept me updated through out the entire process. He was able to help us create our vision while also keeping it cost effective. This year he will be back completing our pool surround to match and we are so excited to see the finished product!
