College Street Printing is THE BEST!! They are a great asset to downtown and a wonderful partner to the Main Street program. I ordered 2000 rack cards on Wednesday (March 11th) and they were delivered to my office on Friday (March 13th) morning! Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, can not keep promises for turn around time, charged WAY too much for what we asked for, printed cards incorrectly and overall customer service was extremely low class.
Typically love to support small businesses in the community I live in but honestly, the overall experience here was appalling. I highly recommend the Business owner monitor the way Dianne (I believe that was her name) handles her clientele, based off our experience, our company would not recommend their services to anyone. Honestly one of the rudest people we have ever come across

This is a relatively small operation, which for me it was great. Dianne and Kenneth were very friendly and approachable. They did my work in record time, and I had no problems communicating with them by email and phone. The price was reasonable and the quality was top notch. My stuff had to be done in A4 size and they were able to accommodate without any problems. It was great doing business with College Street Printing, and I'm glad to support a local business.
