I highly recommend this team. My 2020 was a complicated year with a lot more going on than usual. I knew I had to find an expert. This was my first year to use this firm. Steve knows a lot about the business however I did not appreciate how he spoke to me in our last meeting. He also speaks to others in a similar, demeaning, tone. My husband called to inquire and let him know that his words could have better chosen. He was unapologetic and refused to understand our discontent. We are not professional tax preparers so we rely on professionals but did not feel that I, as a woman was spoken to respectfully and with out the insertion of demeaning remarks and curse words. I sincerely hope that this was a bad day on Steve's part however I recommend that you approach with
