I've been to Connie twice for a haircut. I can't say enough pleasant positive things about her. I have thick wavy hair, so I love length so it weighs it down and doesn't poof up. However, it can get heavy so I like long layers. Connie did a fantastic job of giving me long layers that framed my faced, kept my length but lightened up the heaviness. Love it!

Kari has always been so professional and skilled over the years I've been coming to her, however it's been a blessing to experience that she's a very considerate and ethical person also. That is especially valuable because she is actually just as interested in what i may want to try that's different , not what requires the least effort and time like other stylists I've experienced in the past.

I just moved to San Clemente and was trying to find a new salon and a new stylist after reading reviews doing my research Salon Incognito got me in and set me up with Louise !! She's amazing with color she did exactly what I wanted & she was so fun to sit and talk too ! I'm very very picky with my color and she was above and beyond amazing! I don't know if I'm looking forward to my next color or to hang out with her for the hour! I'm so glad I found my new salon and new stylist in my new town! Oh and I met the owner he was super cool too they both made me feel like

OMG. I am so happy. I went into get my haircut a week ago and Mary Lee cut my hair exactly like the picture I had shown her. I hated it on me though. One week later I texted her and said I hated my hair. She got me in within two days. I had looked up some other pictures and she cut my hair like I again. I love my new haircut. Aside from that she charged me half price because I had just been there. I will never go to a different hairdresser other than Mary Lee at Salon incognito.

Looking for just a trim on my long hair, called and set up a appointment, set it up then got called saying they accidentally over booked the stylist. I asked if anyone else could cut my hair they said just come in and she can make time
So arriving the front desk said the sytlist left. I was early and he called her, he said she was not able to now cut my hair but he could. I haven't been so thought for the price he could t be bad. I hate to bad mouth people and he was really really nice but I got butchered. I specifically asked for no more than an inch and long layers. Half my head has different

I want to honor Meghan Churchill today! She totally transformed my drab looking hair to a totally vibrant color. I have been transitioning to silver (natural color) since August. I went in today not knowing what Meghan's plan was and feeling not so great about my current hair color. I allowed the element of surprise to truly surprise me! My hair had about 2" of silver growth and brownish the rest of the way. I allowed Meghan to do her magic by putting in baby highlights all through my hair and the outcome was spectacular! Love this salon! As I'm from NJ/NY, it is safe to say that over half of my friends are successful hair stylists and I am well versed hair style world ;)
My stylist is Sarah Begg. She is VERY talented with highlights. I prefer a natural blonde look and I feel the highlights she gave me are perfect.
AND she KNOWS that a trim means a trim :)
She is able to translate whatever idea I arrive with to a look I can leave with :)
Besides her rocking scissor skills, she is super fun to chat with - so the whole experience is lovely!
The owner is kind, smart and personable and the space beautiful.

I'm overly picky when it comes to my hair; I was desperately looking for a stylist today that can fix my hair which was messed up by another stylist 10 days ago. While I was strolling on yelp I found Sarah at this salon who truly made my day today.
I'm smiling again!
She is super sweet but most importantly she knows what she's doing. Her attention to detail and passion didn't go unnoticed and I absolutely LOVE my hair. She's amazing!! Additionally, the salon is very welcoming. Everybody was very friendly and at one point we all had a fun joint conversation. :)

Thank you Christian for always making my hair look amazing!
I started with jet-black box dyed hair, but now I've got beautiful, beachy, blonde locks. The transition took a while, but my hair has never felt over-processed or dry.
I moved to Long Beach recently but still make the trip down. I can't imagine anyone else taking care of me the way he does.

Liz did an amazing job on my cut and color. With her 20 years of experience she definitely knows hair. I have lots and lots of ( long ) hair. I am a natural brunette but she took me to the the prettiest color of blonde ever. My cut is great. I could not be happier. Bonus - she is super cool and fun to talk to.

Customer service and a quality end product is what you expect when you go to a salon.
I made an appointment for 5pm
Then I get a call back from the salon, asking if we can push the time and that I could show up at 515 (I happily agreed,not a problem) I arrive and end up waiting a half hr past 5:15.
When she started straightening my hair the rest of the experience felt rushed....
It wasn't till she said she was done(not expecting it to be done because it looked like crap/unfinished, not the clean cut I explained I wanted before she began chopping) and she didn't cut my bangs until I

Everyone there is always friendly & quick to offer you bottled water & a smile. My stylist is Montse & I am always impressed with her remembrance of fine little details about my hair (without a cheat card) as well as the personal chit-chat details; it shows she has genuine interest in her clients. This woman is ALWAYS booked, in high demand...rightfully so, she knows what she's doing and has been doing it for 30 + years. Her genius Christian is a rockstar, Spencer is a doll, and Brooke rocked my rainbow extensions with excitement and ease. Oh and Christian painted my eye brows to match. ;)
This place is a big hug of a group, Italian restaurant style 5 star family service that just so happens to do amazing hair.
Like I love them so much I don't want to ever move.
