I have worked for this company and it was a great place to work!! My son also attended this daycare, even after I left. This place is amazing! My son started when he was almost 2 and could barley talk, within a couple weeks he was talking in sentences. The learning time they provide is very structured and educational! I cannot recommend this place enough! Even as a staff member in the infant room, I was able to watch and see that my son was actually learning and being taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Charming Children was recommended to me by a friend of mine who knew the owner and his family. When I went for a tour, I was instantly impressed by the facility, the structured educational based learning they provide and the staff. My girls have been going to this daycare since the end of January and I cannot think of one single time that I have had a concern about the care Lee, Penny, Melissa or the other staff members there provide to my children. When my wife and I were deciding on a place to send our daughter we were blown away by Charming Children. By being genuine and creating a real family like culture, the management and staff are what set this place apart. It's as if we have known them our entire lives. I wouldn't recommend another place for my child!

My child was not very social and did not use very any words, now she is showing her learning skills off on a day to day basis thanks to Lee and the staff at Charming Children. My daughter is also more confident and social when around other people, she can sometimes be the life of the party. I had my reservations about putting my child in daycare but I know now that putting her in this one was the best choice I ever made for her, my husband and myself. I am so happy my son goes to this daycare. The staff and owners are wonderful, very caring and understanding. I feel safe dropping my son off there every week day. He has become very vocal since attending daycare here also, his social skills have improved. I'm so impressed with all the new things the learns here. Every time I pick him up he is having a great time and it makes my heart happy. I'm so thankful for this daycare and the wonderful staff. I would recommend this daycare to anyone! My children have been attending Charming Children for over a year and a half. The management and staff are very kind and caring. Each day includes educational time, crafts, physical activity, fun, and games. Being in the preschool room has helped ease the transition to "real school" for my younger daughter. I am very satisfied in the care that my children receive.

Charming Children is the best Preschool/Daycare I could have ever dreamed of! My son started there as a toddler and moved into the Preschool class shortly after. The team of extremely professional (and really fun!!) teachers and caretakers not only taught him everything required to enter the school system, but also how to be a great friend, have incredible manners, and the desire to achieve everything he sets his mind to. If you are looking for more than just a babysitter, this is the place for you! No reason to check out the rest... this place is the best!

My son and I switched to this daycare from another Papillion daycare and my son absolutely loves it there. Not only is he a happier child but he is more behaved at home as well. I enjoy the fact that I get a lot of keepsake artwork and various crafts back home from my son at Charming Children. We are really happy that they take the kids on field trips as well. They went to a splash pad the other day and my son loved it!
Everyday I get a report of what my son did at school and what he ate and how he was with the other kids. I also get a report of all diaper changes and naps. This is helpful information

This daycare is HORRIBLE!!!!! The owners are completely uneducated and do not know how to deal with children!!! The male owner would baby my five year old son by carrying him around and cuddling him; which I feel is very inappropriate. My son was diagnosed with ADHD and the teachers did not want to take the time to educate themselves on how to deal with children with this disorder. The doctor instructed that my son not take a nap because of this disorder and the owners could NOT comply with this request. I received a call at work one day 15min before I left to pick my son up.
