Sandeep Kapoor and Frank Lassiter founded HealthTech Solutions in 2011, after leaving leadership roles in Kentucky's health and human services agency. They seek to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions supported by technologists, policy experts, and leaders with operations experience in government and human services, especially healthcare.
HealthTech Solutions' team of experts provides project management and program and policy consulting services to address a number of human services technology needs. Our team brings real world technology implementation experience and program expertise to our clients. HealthTech Solutions is hiring technologists, project managers, business analysts, healthcare clinicians, data and business intelligence analysts, health and human services subject matter experts, and other areas of government expertise. We are always looking to add people to our team, especially those with relevant experience in state and federal software delivery for human services programs.
We prioritize strong project management on technology projects. This requires project management staff who understand what the end-user needs, how to effectively triage issues for resolution, and what to raise to government counterparts. We bring strong expertise in the synthesis of program and policy work along with technology for human services programs.
