In the past 30 years, we have completed over a million square feet. Among these buildings are an Automobile Dealership in Woodbridge, Virginia, a Strip Mall in Deltaville, Virginia, airplane hangars, and office warehouses.
We recently completed the Castleton Commerce Park in Virginia with 50 acres and over 600,000 sq ft of Warehouses and Office Warehouses. Delaware Corporation performs over 90% of its construction with its own employees, which several of these employees have been with the Company for many years and are very experienced with steel and concrete construction.
