Jerry Daniel's primary practice areas are Elder Law, Wills and Estates, Corporate Law, Homeowners Associations concerns, and Family Law. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the United States Air Force Academy, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

Regina was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama. Regina attended Jacksonville State University (JSU) where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree Summa Cum Laude in only three years. Regina received her Juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. Since that time, she has practice almost exclusively in the field of Civil Defense.
Cynthia Moore is a 1990 graduate of Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama where she majored in both computer science and music theory. She began working in the legal field, part time, while still in high school at the age of 15 and continued to learn and work part time until after college graduation when she decided to make the legal profession her full time career.
