I have been with Service Experts for the past 5-6 years as they were the ones to install my new systems. I'm not one to normally leave reviews online, but I wanted to leave one here to specifically thank Terry Gaines for his wonderful customer service in helping to clarify what started off as a "muddy" situation. We had some hiccups with pricing on repairs post routine fall maintenance services this last go around, but Terry stepped in (even when the situation fell outside of his scope of responsibilities) and took the time to work with me and his boss to ensure clarification was brought to the
