During a routine oil change, the technicians gouged my window tint on the windshield, then tried to cover it up with the oil change sticker. When I pointed out the issue, I was told they know nothing about it. I asked for a person to come outside and look at it. A guy stepped out of the shop, and simply told me to go get it fixed, and bring them the receipt. No apologies of any kind. The fact they tried to cover it up is enough for me to stop using them after 15 years of oil changes. Imagine what they'd do if it were a stripped oil plug, or cross threaded oil filter....

I had come to this location while in town and had an oil change done on my vehicle. Sadly, within days I noticed a small leak. Took it to a different shop to have it looked at and saw that not only was the plug not tightened completely, but the oil filter wasn’t changed out from my oil change before. Very sad that I paid to have a service done with a company that had pretty good reviews to now the possibility that if I wasn’t paying attention then it could have completely ruined my motor.

They do a Great job!!! They ALWAYS get me in and out very quickly... Thanks guys..keep up the good work!!!

In order for me to write a review I had to give one star and with the experience that I went through they DESERVE NO STARS and A BIG THUMBS DOWN!!! Keep in mind I am from out of state. I went to get an oil change, no one was wearing a mask, of course I was! and I was rushed to get out of my car with my three dogs. I waited outside for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, the car was then brought outside, parke, went inside and waited another five minutes or so to pay while all the employees stared at me waiting at the front desk!!! The next day I drove 365 miles to Denver Colorado I get home and I noticed

These folks are always prompt and courteous. It doesn't matter the time of day, when I pull onto their parking lot someone immediately comes to my car and asks what service I need. A few days before leaving on road trips I stop in here and ask them to check my fluids and my tires. They graciously provide that service and that gives me confidence my car is good to go.

I always go here for my oil change, and inspection. The service is fast, and professional. If they notice something else needs replacing, like an air filter, they let you know, but don't pressure you into buying anything you don't want/need.

Probably the best place under $50 to get a full service, interior vacuum, and glass cleaning. 2 stalls, well staffed, and it's "assembly line" production will have you out in a jiffy. I drive from Dalhart to give these guys my business...very well worth the trip!!!
