James Estes was professional, and courteous and extremely efficient. He put booties on prior to walking through the house. After evaluating our tub drain, he gave us options, explaining what needed to be done to remove the deteriorated drain pipe. He was able to remove and replace the 20 year old drain pipe with a new one in a timely manor. He tested the new drain, and made sure the area was spotless when done.

James Estes recently worked at our house to diagnose a problem with a water heater and present good, usable solutions to fix the problem.
