Bought a "new" tire here in December, had to replace the tire now because it was separating. The mechanic showed me that the tire had fix a flat in it, I've never used fix a flat with this car. This place sold me a used tire as new for full price. They put my family at risk and charged me extra for it. I will never return to this place and I hope nobody else ever goes here either. Dishonest places like this make all other mechanics look bad.

Purchased five tires which one of the five ended up being defective. Not a big deal the guys took quick care of it quickly. The replacement was also defective which was noticed at the shop by the service dept before I picked the vehicle back up. I’m assuming they were out of the same brand/price point tires so instead of calling me to explain this they just put the more expensive tire on which I never even noticed. These tires were for one of my box trucks so I didn’t inspect after the service. Two weeks later I get multiple calls to my office saying that I need to pay for the more expensive

Showed up, was taken in immediately, maybe waited 30 minutes at the most for an alignment. It was definitely appreciated during this cold weather. Lots of space, everyone following covid protocols. Snacks and drinks available. We were comfortable. Customer service was excellent too. I will be back! Car is running great too!

I bought two rear tires in February here. Had a blowout on July 4, they were closed so had to wait till Monday. I was the second customer there. After waiting an hour and 54 minutes I was told the tire couldn't be repaired and to come back on Tuesday because they didn't have one in stock. Went back Tuesday an hour and a half after they opened and they didn't have a tire. The road hazard warranty is a joke here. The service is non existent if you aren't spending money on tires. This still blows my mind even years later. They put the wrong tires on my truck. I was having issues with the check engine light continually being on so I went back to talk to the manager about it. He acknowledged that they were the wrong tires but I got the impression that he didn't want to fix it. After another week or two I was sick of my check engine light always being on so I went back and asked them to fix it. Then they charged me for wear and tear on the old tires instead of acknowledging that it was their fault to begin with. When I balked at that then the manager flared up

Long time customer took my wife's new suv in to get a tire repaired. Waited for service was prompt. Did not check tire and rim before I left. Noticed wrong valve stem cap(nitrogen filled tires) and damage to rim. Went back talked to staff the said nothing they could do no manager on duty. Would get him to call me never heard back from them.

I came here for an oil change on a church bus (Ford E450). In and out in half an hour, with no appointment. Maybe my happiness with their service was elevated because of the runaround I got from the
last place I went to - but they were helpful and quick, and welcomed me to bring the bus back for our "trip checks" (tire pressure and fluid level checks before going on a trip - another thing the other place always seemed annoyed about doing).
I'll be back. And if the service goes downhill, I'll update my rating and review.
(P.S. Y'all don't forget to write good things

They gave me 2 pages of things "wrong with my car" that would cost more than the actual car. I only brought it there to check my brakes and my usual mechanic has been tied up. I'm a young female and they apparently saw that as an opportunity to con me out of some money because I brought the car to my usual mechanic and he couldn't find a thing wrong with it. Also simple Simon wanted $175 just for wiper blades. Absolutely ridiculous and wrong to try to con someone out of money. Also the wait time there is ridiculous even with an appointment.

Came here for a full alignment after getting new tires somewhere else because the place I bought them from was cheaper but they did not do alignments, wal mart. I called ahead for a quote and they gave me the price for a front end alignment and not a full alignment so I was a little surprised by the quote when I was checking in. They knocked $10 off the actual price so that made it a little better.
It took over 2 hours and that is a looonnnger time, especially with a 2 year old running around. but I guess I did that to myself. LOL! Definitely will schedule an appointment if I ever went back.
