Twenty-nine years ago, Wendy was in a car accident that was one of those life defining moments that changed the course of her life. It was a catalyst to a sometimes difficult journey of healing that shaped the course of her destiny. Shortly after being in the car accident she had the fortune of meeting Dr. Deepak Chopra while working as a concierge at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Children from 7 years old and up can attend these sessions and may bring in an iPad or iPhone with headphones. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Loved our experience here with the couple's massage in our private salt room. It was very relaxing and we got to check out the bigger salt cave on our way out. However, as a heads up, it is extremely pricey. You could probably find more affordable options elsewhere, but the entire place is a VIBE. So soothing...wish it was bigger and could incorporate other wellness services down the line.

Never write reviews but felt like I had to for this one. Decided to book a couples message for my husband and I anniversary ... morning of an emergency personal issue came up called and tried to cancel or even reschedule. The woman on the phone wouldn't allow it and said she would charge me in full. Tried to figure out a solution of my personal issue but could not. They ended up charging me full amount of 2 massages. Will never book here again.

I made a last minute appointment on a Saturday morning for a 3:00 pm massage. I was coming in from Brooklyn so I planned to spend the afternoon in the area to run a few errands. Due to traffic I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment.

Upon arrival I was told my masseuse is fully booked and to sign at the bottom of the paper that I hadn't read. The woman at the front was clearly bothered by my lateness, with good reason. It was an assessment of where you experience pain or discomfort in the body and you share any info about past injuries. I was just asked to sign without filling it out

Amazing massage experience. Calm and soothing with expert hands. We booked a massage in the salt cave. Making sure to take deep breaths during the message to get full benefits, I found myself in absolute relaxation. The knots in my shoulders from sitting at a desk were worked out with precision. I walked out feeling lighter in my feet.

My boyfriend and I went in this morning for the couples massage and had the best experience! Both the ladies that took care of us were amazing and very knowledgeable. We left feeling completely relaxed. The lady at the front desk was super sweet too. Will be back 10/10.

My girlfriends and I had a spa day here one weekend. The owner was so sweet and accommodating to our group of 5. She absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate all of us at the same time.

This place is on the small side but the vibe is very relaxing and zen. The staff is so friendly. I got the hot stone message in the couples room. The hot stone massage was absolutely amazing! If you have the opportunity to book a couples room, DO IT! The room is literally a mini version of their salt cave. Totally worth it

Would 100% recommend and come back. I'm from Brooklyn so that says a lot!

Love this place! Right when you walk in you feel good energy and all the essential oils smell so good. Everyone that works here is so nice, chill, and helpful. I had a great massage with Daniel in the salt room. It didn't feel rushed or timed and I love that. The salt cave was excellent. They give you plush blankets and you can lay down in the chairs. The whole atmosphere was very calming and relaxing and before you know it your 45 mins is up. If you have trouble relaxing, you will be in complete serenity here while taking in all of the benefits of the salt. If you are thinking of giving this

This is an incredible space to take time for tranquility and reflection. Wendy is not only the sweetest lady but extremely knowledgeable. She is wonderfully welcoming. I have been to the salt cave for not only sessions but workshops as well. Reiki with Gina is an amazing experience. I recommend the Salt Cave for multiple visits. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed.

Another one of the typical Westernized marketing Eastern rituals with nothing to do with anything except a hefty price tag.
The Easterner in me fell for it too.

A friend asked me to come to yoga with her. It sounded like a Great idea.It looked like a really cool place from the photos online. When we got there we spoke to the woman on the counter and she was asking us about it being our first time, How we heard about her. We chatted for a few minutes I asked her a couple questions about all the crystals in the shop.
She showed us around the shop that had a few private rooms where she explained they have events, and then she showed us the salt cave which was more than I imagined. It actually looks like a cave ceilings, floors, walls, everything salt

I ended up at the Roslyn Salt Cave after winning a gift card in a raffle. I had never been to a salt cave before but was intrigued by the idea. When I called to make an appointment, the lady suggested that I come in for a reiki session. Upon arriving, I was impressed by the atmosphere of this salt cave and the shopping area. It was very relaxing, and there was a nice lavender scent in the air. The salt cave itself is really nice. My main problem was with the lady doing the reiki. To start off with, her breath was horrendous. She went over to each person and started out by blowing on their

An absolutely amazing experience every time I come, incredibly relaxing sessions in such a tranquil, pristine and serene facility. I have been to a few others but the Roslyn Salt Cave is by far the best, in no small part to the owner Wendy who is as charming as she is knowledgeable and very helpful. Go enjoy!!

Unexpected, pleseant surprise
My 1st time in a salt cave and did not know what to expect.
It was an amazing experience, it was relaxing, peaceful and had the best sleep that night after the session.
The wellness center it self was beautiful, elegant, warm and inviting.
Reminds me of Austrian spa's.
My only regret is that I do not live close by.
