This is a family owned and operated business which is rare these days! Their customer service is fantastic and you won't find better quality workmanship. They take pride in every aspect of doing business. Price quotes are very fair and best of all they are HONEST!!! I won't take my care anywhere else!

Front of the house Caitlin is excellent. Answers the phone, sends written estimates quickly via text, sets appointments and is ready for you when you come in. Repair work done on time as well. I called another shop in town, gave all my information on what I wanted, and never heard back from them. Customer service does continue to go a long way. I am willing to even pay a little more if thats the case as long as I'm treated as professionally as Quick Brakes treats their customers. If you are ready for a repair, and sick of the run around and phone tag with others, go with this company!

The dash ac on our motorhome was not cooling properly. I asked Todd to take a look at it for us. We were called and told it was ready to go, and headed there to pick it up. On the drive home, I could tell it was obviously not working any better than before. I got home and called quick brakes and was told to bring it back in the morning. I drove it back over the next morning and waited awhile till Todd casually decided to walk over and look at it again. We had a tire literally fall off our travel trailer and were lucky enough to have it happen just a couple of miles from their shop. We limped in there and Todd fixed us up so quickly. He calmed our nerves and was just such a nice and honest person. He was super knowledgeable (even on our 1954 camper) and got us right back on our way. We are so thankful for all of them, especially Todd! Will absolutely be repeat customers!

Great and HONEST mechanic place. Took my truck in for a tire rotation with alignment and wheel hubs squealing. Not only were they honest about my truck not needing an alignment they didn't charge me for it either. The second thing they were honest about was breaking a TPS on one of my tires and replaced it obviously at no cost to me. Definitely will be back if needed and highly recommend them if you're in the area.

Noticed I had ran over something & it cut my tire, I got in touch with Caitlin on Monday & she ordered a new tire just in case. The tire arrived at the shop Tuesday before noon! She let me know it was there & I went to have it checked & sure enough I needed that new tire! Service was very professional & quick. They also have a spot for kids & are super kid friendly unlike most places I've been to in the past. They also do way more than just brakes & tires! :) definitely give them a call
