Perfection is the best shop in Tucson. They actually care about the cars they service; they check their own work, and always give that little extra. Back in October Mike and his mechanics worked on my BMW to fix a small problem I was having with one of the windows. This week the same window was acting up, so I brought it back to Perfection. Mike's crew fixed the problem (which was actually a new problem, not the part they repaired) and Mike asked for no payment. Excellent service!

Mike is a man with integrity. I live in Los Angeles. I was looking to buy a Boxster I found at a local Tuscon dealership. I had the dealer dropped the car off at Perfection Auto for an inspection. The car checked out so I had him service it as my plan was to fly to Tuscon and drive the car back to LA. I arrived at the dealership and found the car not as advertised. There were issues with the paint that were not disclosed by the dealer. Mike told be straight up that he is a mechanic, not a paint specialist so he refrained from providing feedback about it beyond saying it was in good shape. Long

From the moment I called Mike he was such a help. Extremely knowledgable and professional when dealing with my Saab 9-3. He diagnosed my exhaust issues as well as brought a lot to my attention that also could be fixed that I had no clue about. If their professional attitudes and skills weren't enough when I picked my car up it was completely clean inside and out. I can't thank Mike enough for his dedication and care for my car. Went to Mike based on the reviews and I brought him a Truck that had been neglected for 15 years.
He took a look at the Truck, did a deep dive and he was straight forward from the start.
The Truck needed major work and he took care of it.
He is professional and trustworthy, and he took care of things outside of what we discussed as a courtesy.
This man does business that way it should be done, and in todays world you can't put a price on that kind of value.

My car was having some issues. It would not start, didn't have the getup it used to and would not pass smog. I'm from out of town so I was looking online. I have had a good experience finding great mechanics in the pass. When I call Perfection Auto Works, Mike answered the phone and within a few minutes it felt like we had known each other for years. This is my daughter's 330ci. Triple A said the car may need a starter or an alternator. I took my Ford Escape in for a second opinion on engine compartment noise. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan of action. He also recommended other services to improve car performance and extend the life of the vehicle. The work was done professionally and Mike kept me informed along the way, he even detailed the car, which my wife really appreciated. We had a slight issue after leaving the shop with windshield wiper blades not syncing properly. Mike stood by his team's work and fixed the problem for free. Highly recommend this mechanic.

My daughter was caught in a flash flood and had significant damage to her engine. We found Perfection Auto Works online and saw all the 5 star reviews and that they specialized in Mini Cooper repairs and decided to have her car towed to their shop. Mike was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done (engine replacement) and communicated with us every step of the way. He was diligent about following up with our insurance carrier to make sure they were handling our claim and he was incredibly patient with them even though their service was lacking. I called Mike to set up a tow to his shop, but based on what I told him was happening to the car he was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. Turns out it was a blown fuse. He saved me not only money, but time as I was not inconvenienced by having to deal with car issues during my trip.
