Services
I love working with my patients. I spend 2 hours the initial visit including a comprehensive history, exam and treatment. Subsequent sessions are 1 1/2 hours. I am a California State licensed Acupuncture Physician and a nationally certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist since 1990. My background is as an Herbalist, Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist.
I went into labor in the middle of the night after seeing you that morning. I do believe that the treatment I had with you really helped me to feel relaxed on a cellular level and helped me to connect with my baby and embody the sense of trust and surrender I needed to welcome labor. I want to thank you for your heartfelt work with me.

Lakshmi is an incredible healer and is a true gift to those who are fortunate of having her as their acupuncturist. From day one she has created a sacred and safe space for me to dive deeper into my healing journey in her beautiful home office. She is extremely gifted in her experience with acupuncture and very knowledgeable in herbalism. Her herbs continue to help aid in the process of my healing. She is a light and I truly can't thank her and the universe enough for all she has done for me. I highly recommend a visit!

Went to her for my sciatica. It was getting pretty painful to walk and I felt I had to do something about it. She is very sweet and has a welcoming presence, I have really nothing bad to say. I do wish I received the acupuncture but I think we had run out of time. She took me last minute on a holiday even when she had family plans which I'm thankful for. The massage therapy, stretches and heat therapy helped a lot with the pain. I could still feel pain after my visit but it did subside a little. I was a little emotional during the visit which I'm glad I was able to let some of it out

Lakshmi Lambert goes above and beyond what you would expect from an acupuncturist. She really sits down and gets to know you on a deeper level to truly understand what is going on in your life and how she can best assist with treatments. I went to see her for arthritis, carpel tunnel, trigger finger, and digestion issues; which Lakshmi has attended to each of those problems. I notice my trigger finger diminishing after a few treatments and my digestion is feeling better. I would recommend anyone on the westside to visit Lakshmi Lambert

I've seen numerous acupuncturists & Chinese herbalists over the years, but none compare, even remotely, to her. Totally recommend Lakshmi. The reason I was looking for accupuncture treatment was a back ache due to a lower disc hernia. My doctor gave me a referral. However, what I really found was somebody who took the time to get to know me and really help me through my recovery process. What began as a specific therapy has become a time of general wellness and illumination.

Lakshmi Lambert is an absolute phenomenal holistic doctor. Her experience, patience, and insight have helped me time and time again. In my most recent situation, an ear infection had caused my hearing to be lost for 10 days. She saw me last minute on a Memorial Day. Following her instructions, and taking the medicine she suggested, the next morning I could hear out of both of my ears. She is expert in so many areas, and really gets to the root of the problem. Not just a band aid, her treatments last, and my problems have never reoccured. I HIGHLY recommend Lakshmi as a holistic doctor.

After one cold morning surf, my back felt sore. For the next two weeks it seemed to get a little worse each day. But Lakshmi did an amazing job at fixing my back pain with acupuncture. I saw her for a sessions on a Wednesday and then a second session the following Friday, and the following Saturday I was able to surf again. While I doubt serious back problems can be healed with such ease, I was still amazed at how quickly the acupuncture helped me out, especially when nothing else seemed to help at all. I would recommend Lakshmi to anyone looking for acupuncture and other holistic treatments.
