I do reviews for a well known business and will blast you if you continue to delete my review. I tipped 20% on my massage and owner told me next time to tip 10$ more .. Tips are optional ! 20% is a good tip most people tip less. Owner so rude, don’t tell customers to tip more. Horrible business. Aloha is so much better on Jerusalem. DONT GO GO UNIQUE.

I've been to this spa several times. Never had an issue. I've brought my husband and my mother for several sessions as well. I recently bought my mother a 2 hr gift certificate. When she went for her session she got sick and had to leave 40 mins into her massage. The owner told her to come back another day for the last hour of her massage. (an hr massage costs $42 and a 2hr massage costs $82) he crossed out the $82 and wrote $40...(don't forget that, I'll come back to that in a min) I spoke to the owner explaining that she had more than an hour left. I literally walked in and within five minutes walked out. I normally do not write reviews I'm sitting in my car as I write this because I am appalled that these people are still in business. First strike I get to the door and as a woman is letting her customer out and receiving her tip she allows the door to slam in my face. No problem I look at it as an oversight I sit down in the waiting area and a man comes out doesn't greet me but rather waves his hand in a rude manner insinuating come in. Huge reflexology spa. Parking a little tough but there is a back lot. Bunch of different massages/combos.
First time I did a 60 minute combo which was 30minute foot and 30 minute back. It was in the private table section where they did my back first. You keep your underwear on and they use the lotion. Then they do your legs/feet right there. Excellent. $40
Second time I did a 60 minute all back. In the same area/private section. The gentleman used many different stretch's and strengths. I really needed this, but someone who doesn't like such an intense/strong massage may not like this

I went for a 90 minute combo back massage and foot reflexology. The person working on me did NOT understand me when I asked for a pillow for my knees and when I asked to lighten up the touch. I had to repeat my requests since my knees were hurting and the pressure was too much for me. Some person was shouting "shut up" over and over again. Needless to say I told the person to stop since he could not understand me and I was not about to accept the rudeness of another person. I told the person at the desk on my way out but she didn't seem to care. I will never go back there. It was

This place has updated their decor which was horrific and unappealing as per my last review. The foot massages are still very good. I wish the owners were friendlier and more inviting. I don't like the fact that the staff waits for you to tip them. I wish there was an option to put it in an envelope or on the credit card charge.

Everytime I've been there I've had to bring my own comforter because they only use towels to cover you and I believe there should be blankets because people do get cold easily. Also they have curtains instead of walls . The massause alot of the time speak to other massauses when there massaging a client. I feel also that they push u to tip before hand and a tip is something u should tip at the end. No coustomer should be obligated to tip what they say to tip. I do understand that most likely the owner dosent pay the people who work there nothing but its not right to ask for a tip before

Not Reflexology. If you want to be rubbed with oils in the dark with no pressure (maybe you like that) it's cool. If you're looking for relief of sore muscles and are in need of deep tissue, don't go.
I have really sore calves, ankles, and feet from running. I was really hoping to get some relief, but I was just rubbed with a flat hand most of the time. I even got up to show her where to concentrate on my calves and asked her to go harder. Nothin! Not even a good karate chop. They've got their plan and will not listen to any suggestion or instruction.

Decided to have a girls day out which included back massages. This place offers back massages at very reasonable price. I have since been back a few times and If I'm being honest, it can be hit or miss depending on the masseuse. I've had two awesome massages and one mediocre but for the price, you can't go wrong.

So I know what you're thinking... because I thought same thing. Is this place legitimate? The photos here look a little sketchy... The store front itself looks a little off-putting. BUT... It's a hidden gem!

I think I may have found a new Sunday tradition. What a wonderful way to spend $28 (38 with well-deserved tip).
That's what they charge for a one-hour session, 20 minutes of back, neck and arm massage, while your feet soak, followed by 30 minutes of the most relaxing reflexology on your feet.
They wrap you under cloth, cover your eyes and place headphones on you to fill your brain with relaxing, soothing music.
What a great service. You will just hate when it's over and your masseur rolls down your pant legs and puts back on your shoes.

A lot of walk in places I've gone too I've either felt like they are either petting me or punching me! I feel they really know there pressure points and reflexology techniques which is very important. I've seen a number of different people and I do tell them what I want and they always apply pressure then ask if it's ok.
Today I my back sounded like popcorn popping it cracked so much!
