Disgraceful doesn't begin to describe this establishment. They failed at their duties every step of the way. If you have a lost veteran in your family do yourself a favor and find a better establishment. When family members are doing more coordinating than the funeral directors you know that there is a major problem.

I want to thank the staff, especially Mr. Fails, for the kindness and heart felt sincerity our family received during a most difficult time in our lives. I did not have to make any decisions as it seemed as if they knew our family personally and knew what was best for us. Thank you. Merely saying thank you will never be enough as we are so grateful for your compassion, thoughtfulness, guidance and sincere care you gave our beloved one and our family. Craig and the entire staff were on top of EVERYTHING!! Debbie was such a sweetheart!!! Other than that Judy lady being rude after asking her for extra newspaper copies, I will forever be grateful for Whinery- Huddleston Funeral home for showing so much compassion for your loved ones. They gave me and my family much more comfort with their phenomenal services!! Highly highly recommend ❤

The first star because that's the only way I can review. For God's sake, don't do it! I don't have the name, but I do remember him saying he was the only licensed person that work. He is the most unprofessional, inhumane excuse of a person I've ever encountered. This is definitely not his calling. You reap what you sow!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional funeral services as this! They should explain/made understood the difference between a viewing and a visitation. The body was haphazardly laid on a guerney (head in unnatural position) with a sheet over it! Names were misspelled on the memorial bulletin. Arrangements weren't settled till day of memorial service as to location. That's only the tip of the iceberg.
