Diversified Business Systems, Inc. of Victoria, Texas was formed in 1997 as a merger of Kopy King and Morris Printing. Ronnie Walker, President and owner of Diversified Business Systems, Inc. (DBS), grew up in the printing business in Houston, under the guidance of his father and mother, Bill and Sue Walker, proven industrialists in the printing business.
Ronnie had the desire to establish himself with his own business, so he left the Houston based family business and moved to Victoria where his quest began. Diversified Business Systems, Inc. grew rapidly and in 2003 the decision was made to move from two locations in downtown Victoria to a new, larger facility at 308 E. Stayton, Victoria, Texas.
