Joe came to my family's rescue on a day he didn't really have time and worked late because the part needed for our wonky A/C was not a common version, requiring him to drive from Chula Vista to Pacific Beach and back.
We originally found Air Support about 5 years ago and Joe was the first person we thought of when our AC died last night. His service is top-notch and he is truly committed to the best service at the best prices.
Also, in these strange times of COVID, Joe wears a mask, practices excellent hand hygiene, as well as keeping a safe distance.

Joe is awesome! My a/c wasn't producing cold air. Joe came out on a Saturday and got my unit back up and going. We are in a heat wave and I'm in East County and this wonderful guy came out on his weekend. I can't thank him enough! Definitely would recommend this company! FABULOUS customer service!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph the owner from Air Support Heating and AC when me AC went out during my solar installation.

I called Air Support last year because my AC wasn't cooling properly and Joe came out to take a look. He spent the time going over the system with me and let me know I likely had a leak in my system. No pressure to get it fixed, just told me all options. I couldn't get the fix then, so he went ahead and filled my refrigerant for me and it lasted for a full year.
Fast forward to last week and the ac isn't cooling again and I know it's time to get it fixed. I call again and Joe comes by.

Called Air Support on a Saturday needing some minor repairs. Communication was quick and consistent. Received a fair estimate and work was completed in a timely manner with professionalism. I noticed he carries booties with him and wears them indoors to prevent unnecessary wear on your carpets. I would recommend and use again in the future.

Joe is the best!! We were selling our house and needed our AC looked at/fixed at request of our buyer. I called Joe and he made time for me the next day to come by and look at it. He was honest and fair in his pricing (even offered us a military discount) and quickly fixed any concerns. He also gave us a detailed report with pictures to show the buyer what was done! We would recommend Joe 100% to anyone looking for Hvac services!!

First time customer long term client. I called this morning as our heater wasn't working and it's cold in San Diego.
Joe was here within the hour. Joe was great he explained everything in detail to us. He charged his regular service fee and fixed our problem and didn't add any additional cost. Joe said I would rather have a long time client and I'm only going to charge you my service call fee which was very reasonable. Joe checked our system out and worked his magic and let me tell you people we have heat!! Joe will be the only person we call from here on out. Joe showed

Joe the owner is such a great guy. Not only does he have over 20 years of experience, he also is very patient and understanding which is a great trait to have in this line of work.
Point is, Joe is awesome and replaced some ac stuff that needed fixing and now our apartment has twice as much air flow than it did before. Thank you Joe!
