Called to ask if I could do my visits over the phone or via cam since we are in a pandemic. Receptionist is rude and not understanding. I did read the reviews before calling thinking it was wrong. Not at all! She could of least asked the lawyer to make a exception . Really not a great way to do business.

Called this office trying to do a phone consultation regarding some problems I am having with my landlord and was treated very poorly by your receptionist who had a horrible attitude and was too busy talking to everyone around her to listen to what I needed. I will be calling one of the many other law offices in the area where they know how to talk to people with respect.
