Nothing but accolades to Roy, Dustin and crew! We called on a Sunday, they came same day, on-time and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Spoke with Dustin Monday and made the decision to replace both heating and air units. We couldn't have made a better decision with who we chose to do the job! Both units was installed Wednesday by 12 noon and Roy and Dustin went over everything with the awesome thermostat! Who knew we could be away from home and be able to control our heating and air, WOW. Thanks so much, Roy! Our heat was acting up, and a neighbor recommended we call Roy Rogers. They were at our house in about an hour. Roy and his colleague were friendly, kind with my kids, and spent a good amount of time looking in to everything. The final price was beyond reasonable, and they assured us they guaranteed their work should we have any more issues.

GREAT SERVICE!!! It can be very overwhelming when deciding on the right company and unit. Roy Roger's was very informative and patient. They arrived on time and exceeded our expectations! The first night with our unit we received a text message just making sure everything was running perfectly! I can't tell you how glad I am that we picked them. Roy came to inspect our A/C and quickly found our issue. He was very professional and a great guy. He didn't try to over sell equipment like some of the "other" companies. I will always use Roy Roger's for any maintenance or installs from now on.

We were THRILLED with our service from Roy Rogers. Our furnace had gone out the night before during a snowstorm and the first company we had out couldn’t fix the issue. RR came within a couple hours and promptly fixed the issue for a reasonable price. Our Tech Nikita was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Huge thanks to Roy Rogers and Nikita for helping us get our heat back on during quickly even with the 8 inches of snow on the ground. 😊

Roy, was here early and stayed all day, his crew arrived a little later . They did exceptionally good work and clean up was superior. In fact looked much better when they finish. Now it can get cold and I need not worry about carbon monoxide, that was a big worry knowing the old one was bad. The new air conditioning unit looks great also. … Denny did a great job installing the new thermostat, looks much better. Yes guys, I painted around it ...lol. I do highly recommend this company. Just wondering, do you do ovens and Windows? LOL. Thanks again for the great job!
