Gulf South will continue to provide the services that RWA provided for the past 30 years (permits for facility along the Mississippi River). Gulf South was recently ranked #1 and selected by the Ascension Parish Engineering Selection Committee to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing services to the Parish.

Services
Gulf South Engineering and Testing, Inc. is a geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing and inspection company that began operations in 2011. Gulf South provides a broad range of geotechnical-related services, including Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, Laboratory Testing, and Soil/Water Sampling.
Mr. Poch is the Vice President, co-founder, and partner in Gulf South. He has been a consulting geotechnical engineer for more than 25 years in South Louisiana, working on traditional and unique geotechnical engineering projects (shallow and deep foundation design, slope stability, pavement design, etc.).
Mr. Vutera serves as Gulf South's Engineering Manager. His experience includes daily work on geotechnical engineering projects as well as managing all geotechnical investigations and providing assistance with laboratory testing and construction materials testing and inspection. Engineering analyses experience includes shallow and deep foundations, slope stability analyses, settlement estimates, and pavement design.
