I have been fortunate enough for the last nearly 3 years, to have had the great pleasure to call Rosemeade Apartments my home. For someone who had relocated two times prior from living conditions, that can be best described as atrocious & inconvenient, coming to Rosemeade felt like heaven. Simply a breath of fresh air was working with the Assistant Property Manager at the time, which also would soon become my same sentiments for the Property Manager Steve & Leasing Agent Diana. It’s with a heavy heart that I must leave the Rosemead. My commute to work is just too far. I moved here after my divorce and sale of my house. I found comfort and safety in leasing here. I rented a one bathroom, one bedroom apartment on the bottom floor, with a wood burning fireplace. I absolutely loved living here. I had a full-size washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a large cathedral ceiling. I was able to fit all my belongings: two couches, a desk, to bar chairs, and a complete king size bedroom set. Deleted my review off Facebook, so I’ll drop it here. This place will put precedence on long term residents over any young new people. It should be labeled a 55+ community. Trash was always over flowing, sidewalks always icy. Which isn’t acceptable for the price tag on the apartments IMO. They do not use pet friendly salt. So many complaints about my children, even just splashing in the pool was an issue. They come into your apartment an obnoxious amount for inspections. Your electric bill will be astronomical. I lived in their largest unit and now reside in a house 4x the size and my bill

Honestly, lets talk truth.
The apartments are great, privacy is great but to LIVE is HORRIBLE.
I lived here and I am completely disappointed in the amount of treatment I received when I lived here. I was going through a very rough patch , they wouldn't return emails to me, didn't care about the seriousness of the situation & my rent was always PAID FOR, not including all the money I paid 3k for moving in. TOO expensive for the poor quality of treatment. They seemed to switch manager when things were happening and no one seemed to care. I packed me and my child up after paying that months rent

We moved in a couple of months ago and absolutely love it here. The units are beautiful and are very well kept. The Mgt office is friendly and extremely helpful! We had a minor issue with Central air and maintenance called within 10 minutes of us calling, came out within 45 minutes! Very quick response and professional employee. We are so happy here. I definitely recommend Rosemead!!

I've loved living at Rosemeade! Sharon has always been so incredibly helpful with any issues we've had (which are slim to none). Our neighbors in our building are so sweet. I've never had neighbors as wonderful as the ones in our building in the history of my life. Our building is always clean and extremely quiet. Having a washer and dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace and a balcony plus laminate makes Rosemeade a serious no brainer.

I discussed remotely some apartments before visiting and, because of those discussions decided to visit a couple of days later. When I arrived, I was told the rent was now $150 or so higher. I asked Rosemeade to honor their previous word and they said no, something about equal housing act prevents them. I guess I can believe that, perhaps Rosemeade intends to extract as much money as they can from everyone without discrimination.

The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. The units that I viewed were updated, and in mint condition with incredible features such as; fireplace, washer & dryer in unit, stainless appliances and cathedral ceilings.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working directly with Stephanie Rodriguez. She was extremely knowledgeable of the property, and was able to answer all questions I had from the day to day seasonal operations of things such as; snow removal to questions regarding the most efficient ways to keep monthly utility bills cost effective. She was extremely personable, patient and friendly
