Benjamin did a urgently needed repair for me do to a car accident on my property.
Benjamin came to my house in less than 3 hours after my initiall phone call and provided me a GREAT estimate for free and began the work at 5am the next morning.
If that's not WORLD CLASS SERVICE I don't know what is.
By the end of the day Benjamin had completed all his repairs and my house looked like NOTHING had even been damaged.
During this whole process, Benjamin kept me updated and provided accurate appropriate information.
Benjamin made me fell like FAMILY!!!

I had a great experience with Benjamin at Exterior Contractor. My father in law's roof was severely damaged by a large falling tree. I live away from him but was in charge of getting this repaired while my father in law was out of state. Since I couldn't be on site very often, I had to trust Benjamin access to the home via a key. Benjamin was very trustworthy. He communicated directly with me about his progress, sending me pictures along the way. More importantly, Benjamin communicated directly with my All State insurance agent so that I wouldn't have to be the middle man between the two of them

I called to get an estimate when "Benjamin" answered the phone. He said he's the owner but he's not, his wife is the owner. I tried to verify a business license for this company but couldn't find one. Is this company licensed and insured?

I called Exterior Contractor this morning and they were at our house within a hour to repair our metal roof leak. Benjamin and Tom were very professional and knowledgeable and found the leak within minutes of inspecting the roof. Outstanding Customer Service and great pricing. I highly recommend them.
