DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They checked the AC/Heating System of the property I bought, and they probably knew the owner and gave him a fake receipt. The heating system does not work and when I called them, they said that I need to pay service fees because they the warranty expired.
Unprofessional and unreliable, do not hire these guys, the company is a scam.
