I did not enjoy my experience. I only came here because I bought a Groupon for it and thought it was a legit place. I should have realized something was off upon making my reservation and realizing there was only one woman doing nails and extremely Limited hours. When I got there I realized it was a very small not professional space above the gym. The woman who did my nails was very nice but the way she was fumbling with the tools was like a five-year-old. The products we're old, used and not sanitized . She had to search around for awhile to even find a nail file that wasn't too dull

I had been here for a massage and that part was great so when I saw a Groupon for gel mani and regular pedi I decided to get one here. I got my gel mani on Friday and it was terrible. I had gel all over my cuticles and some parts of the nail did not even have gel. Today is Monday and I had to soak off the rest of the gel I had because my nails were chipping and looked terrible. Please do not waste your money on gel mani and pedi at this place. My pedicure was not great either. I can do a better job but wanted to be pampered and had someone else do it. I have been there twice,and have had Stacy both times. They were on time with my appointment, as there are only two chairs and two people doing mani/pedis. The women are very pleasant,and we always have lively chit chat. They do not put designs on your nails. I have had a Groupon each time,and both times when I left, the lady at the desk told me I could get a discounted price when I came back. Parking is in a garage in the back,and oddly, both times I went, it was pouring out,and I got soaked trying to get into the building! They also have a room where a lady does eyelash extensions, and I guess

Went for a massage today (bought off groupon). For the actual massage itself, it was the best I've had!
I had a Swedish/Hot Stone combo with Reta. It was seriously wonderful and she really broke down all my knots. The whole staff was very friendly. Offered water, had a nice waiting area.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because IMO 5 stars is pretty much "perfect". The atmosphere is nice, however if you're looking for a high-end spa experience it's not quite there yet. But it was definitely nice, a great deal (with groupon), and the service was excellent

I recently bought a groupon for this place the girl Stacy was very nice and did a good job there are a few pros and cons when it comes to this place.
Pros
(1) Clean, Clean,Clean
(2)Staff was very Friendly 5 stars for that.
(3)I went early in the morning, so there was no waiting.
Cons
(1) The waiting room was bigger then all the service areas put together
(2) only 1 station for manicures and 1 chair for pedicures and they were so confined together.
(3) When I go to the Salon I like to get my girl talk on and we were asked to be quite because a massage session was going on 2 ft. from us.

I bought swedish massage for my mom who is 70 years old and have various problems. Her Masseuse was Patrick and she was extremely happy with how he broke down all painful nodes she had. My mom had massages all over the world and she absolutely loved it. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Will go again!

Let me start off by say that the Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!
Today I am scheduled for my refill at 5 pm but because of work I will be late so I called to move my appointment to 5:30 pm. The owner said that there is someone being serviced at 6 pm and they close at 7 pm. I completely understand so I said can you please move it to Monday or your next accommodation. The Owner was EXTREMELY rude and said she would have to charge me extra again for rescheduling. I explained how because of work I will be late so why would you charge me extra if I come in Monday? She then yelled on the phone at me and said

So I absolutely have never written a review on Yelp but because of the stellar service I received at Premier Day Spa, I don't have a choice but to share the news about this wonderful place!

Their esthetician Katalin was perfect! There are many spas and salons that advertise a painless waxing experience - and often, they fall short of that promise. Katalin at Premier Day Spa delivered on that - and then some! She is so knowledgable

Bought a Groupon with idea of having mani pedi done at lunch. The place was clean, the ambience was very relaxing , and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I bought a Groupon for a gel mani but they were able to accept it for the service I was requesting. I ended up doing manicure one day and then came back for a pedicure the next day. Although the manicure table was super close to the pedicure chair, my technician was super nice. It was just a small space for both stations.

When I arrived I waited like 30 minutes, they only had one table to nail care, when I was getting my gel removal I was being serviced at the couch, waiting for someone else to finish.

Was there at the end of May - I will not be going back. I've gotten quite a few massages and can tell pretty easily when someone doesn't know what they're doing.
At the beginning of the service, I told her i was getting the hot stone massage, to her surprise. She basically gave me a Swedish and rubbed the stones down my back at one point to make it a "hot stone" massage.
The cover for the face cradle was disgustingly old. It even had a tear in it. I asked the lady to change it and she did after a little chuckle. I'm sure they'll try to use it on you when

I really should stop buying these groupon deals because I have never had my money's worth.
I decided to have a spa date with myself. I am sure I am not the only one that goes to these nail places for their massage chairs :). I did get there late for my appointment (sad.. but when am I ever on time?) I had to wait 30 minutes or so but there was no other customers but me. While I waited, the lady at the reception area asked if I wanted tea/coffee/water. I said no because I brought my own water and I didnt expect to wait that much longer.
