I was referred to this jeweler by a good friend of mine and I’m so glad I was! I have been back twice now with rings I recently inherited from my grandmother to get resized. I can’t say enough great things about my experience! It’s in a beautiful location off the beaten path and near the beach without a lot of traffic. The shop itself is welcoming with a beautiful collection of jewelry, but the most outstanding part is their customer service. Although there have been other customers when I walk in, someone always takes the time to give you a warm greeting as if they’ve been expecting you

Great service, people and experience! I would definitely recommend them. My husband and I are new to the area and had mixed experiences with other jewelers. We are approaching our 10 year anniversary and I was having issues with my 10+ year old pave setting. I wanted to upgrade and look at new settings. Matthew was professional and patient as we went through all the options. They was able to re-use my pave stones and created 3 rings for me that are stunning! My best friend recommended Jon Paul Jewelers and I will definitely recommend them as well.

My family has been long time customers of Jon Paul. From watches of all brands, bracelets, earrings you name it- he handled it all. When it came time for myself to research and purchase my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band, I felt that there was no one better to trust with this process. I don't know much about diamonds and how to look for the proper details (color, cut, clarity) so the process seemed intimidating. I have never felt so comfortable in a purchasing process. Dropped off a scratched watch they couldn't fix so they sent it to a 3rd party to repair. Before I have a chance to pick it they decide to take family vacation and close the store without notifying me. It's been over 2 months since I dropped the watch off. For all I know, one them could be wearing it on their family trip right now.

My wife and I traded some old jewelry for a custom made diamond eternity ring. Beautiful! Very happy withi it.
The eternity ring was appraised elsewhere for more than the old jewelry had appraised. Amazing!
The staff is first rate and knowledgeable. Several months later we asked Jon Paul to appraise a stone. His appraisal was right on the money.
