I think businesses who don't really want to honor groupon should not be on groupon. This lady discouraged my use of the groupon that I bought for her services by telling me she can't see me until March 4! With the # of salons all over Orange County, I don't think I have to wait 6 weeks to get a haircut. Ranae, if you don't really want to take on groupon customers, please do not participate in it. And then have the nerve to discourage it by setting an appointment that is so far ahead that it's laughable.

Renae Mendiola is an excellent - highly trained professional hair stylist. Renae has done several services for my hair. Cuts, color, styling and keratin straightening.
In the area of color. I have very resistant grey hair and Renae is very talented with the proper base color and highlights and lowlights. She has helped me transition to a lighter color to keep my upkeep costs affordable. I constantly get compliments on my hair. This review is long overdue. I get keratin treatment for my hair and my previous hair dresser was charging me a lot for it so glad I finally found RaNae. She does a great job. She takes a lot of time explaining how to maintain it and its lasted 6 months already.
She's awesome with haircuts and styling. Really studies your face and bone structure and gives you suggestions on what to do and what not to do.
I highly recommend RaNae for anyone looking to get an excellent haircut and hair treatment from a master hair dresser for much less than other places charge.

RaNae has been cutting and styling my hair, my mom's hair, and my sister's hair since I was a little girl. When I moved, after college, I tried two or three times to find another hair stylist, but no one did as wonderful a job as RaNae. I finally gave up and started making the hour long drive to have Ra Nae cut my hair. I never know what I want to do with my hair, but with RaMae's great talent, it always comes out beautifully. Besides being a fantastic hair dresser, she is personable, a great conversationalist, and full of energy. I highly recommend, RaNae as your next hair

RaNae is awesome!!! I went to her for the first time yesterday and I could not believe how knowledgeable she was. I had been going to different hairdresser for years, and when she retired I was afraid to go somewhere else. I had gone so long without getting my hair done that I didn't know what to do with it. RaNae took the time to sit down with me and actually listened to what I what I wanted. I am soooo happy with my hair now. She definitely has a client for life!!!

Ranae is amazing!! Truly cares about her clients and educates you every step of the way to make sure you understand what she is doing to your hair. I had a bad experience a few years ago when this lady dyed my hair but when Ranae did mines she made sure it looked perfect regardless of the time it took to make sure it came out the way we envisioned it. Also last Thursday last minute I needed a haircut because I was leaving to vegas for the weekend. Ranae made the time to cut my hair and it looked amazing! Exactly what I wanted!!
