Before coming to Foundations Chiropractic I had been seen by my M.D., an RA specialist and another chiropractor, but no one could figure out what was causing my problems. I was missing work and didn't feel like doing anything. After working with Dr. Kyle and Dr. Sam I was amazed at how quickly I felt better.

At the age of 19, Gonstead contracted a crippling case of rheumatoid arthritis that left him bedridden for weeks.

Foundations Chiropractic is wonderful and the only place we go for chiropractic care. Dr. Kyle and his team are efficient and well-educated. They stay on top of ever-changing best practice techniques and incorporate a variety of modalities to provide amazing patient-centered care. Dr Kyle is no nonsense and down to business. I was unsure at first but after having seen him for a couple of months, I am very impressed to see the results and I appreciate his focus. I have seen many chiropractors and am getting better results at Foundations than I have anywhere else. Additionally, I love Dr Kyle’s attitude. I would pay to come see him if only for the encouragement I receive when spending time with him. I recommend Foundations to the ones I love.
