Booked an appointment through their website and provided my credit card info, which they explicitly required. Later they called and reneged on the appointment, claiming that the website doesn't provide real appointments and that they can't be expected to honor their commitment to fulfill the appointments. They also claimed that they hadn't taken my credit card info--that I had volunteered it. Just absolutely despicable con artists. Do not, under any circumstances, try to work with them.

Serena and Kimberly were awesome! They called to confirm arrival time the night before, were professional, friendly, and hard working. The sellers left our house terribly dirty and I'd felt so overwhelmed since we moved in. I'm so glad that I finally broke down and made an appointment. My house looks *SO* much better. The ladies clearly are very experienced, and were accommodating and communicative. I really liked the ease of booking what I wanted online, the transparent upfront pricing, and the cleaners know what they are doing.

I had to cancel my old cleaners because they refused to communicate with me and would either be 2 hours early or 5 hours late and never let me know. Olentangy Maids really takes the guesswork out of when you'll be expecting them, unlike the cable company! They're just spectacular; not only can I pay online, but they also send me emails letting me know about upcoming cleanings and when there's any minor changes I'm notified immediately. Definitely the best service you'll find in the Columbus area.

I paid for a "deep clean" service and got anything but. When they asked me to check their work, I showed them all the things listed on the website that I paid for that they didn't do. They said they had never seen those instructions before. One of them made excuse after excuse for why they couldn't do it, even after I offered to let them use my own… cleaning equipment. I didn't even get the "spruce up" service. The living room was not touched until I told them to vacuum my couch. No dusting, no mopping near my desk. The guarantee they claim on their website isn't real. They didn't respond

Tidied up the place all over, tables, beds etc were put together neatly. Trash cleaned out and left the place sparkling. Highly recommend this service!

I use these guys for my parents AirBnB and it's been a really good experience so far! We often need last second cleanings and they have been able to squeeze us in a few times now. Since I've been using them semi-frequently they have also been giving me a recurring discount! Olentangy Maids has been really easy to work with but more importantly we have had zero complaints from our tenants.

I surprised my sister who has her own apartment near downtown Columbus with a home cleaning. I know she's been busy working her butt off and would appreciate someone coming in to take care of some cleaning for her. I also wanted to kinda surprise her so I wanted to find a company that would be able to give me a quote without doing a walk through. I hired Olentangy Maids last second to clean my house before my family came for the weekend. The lady who answered the phone, I think Roxanne, was helpful in helping me with a quote. I was surprised they had such short notice availability! I went with the Deep Clean service and I’m glad I did. The two ladies they sent gave me a call before they… came and were pleasantly friendly. Before they finished cleaning they asked me to check their work over before they left in case anything needed to be redone. They did a seriously thorough clean in only a couple of hours!
