Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, IL recently announced a $14.5 million capital improvement program designed to improve the delivery of rural healthcare services.

A 32,000 s.f new Medical Office Building will offer a home for Rural Health, Pediatrics, and Specialty Providers, all under one roof. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2020 with an anticipated completion date of summer 2021. GHR is honored to provide MEP-FP design services for this project!

Interfacing with Clients is mandatory in the development of an informed team that understands the goals of the project, the needs of the various client groups, the limitations of the budget and the construction process. Coordinating with Consultants means we are participants in all major meetings, as well as smaller, more "focused" meetings addressing our area of specialization.
GHR produces approximately 70% of our projects in Autodesk Revit. Over the last 5-7 years, GHR has developed custom Revit content in order to produce robust and intelligent building information modeling (BIM). This development has saved us countless man-hours on individual projects. At GHR, each trade department has a BIM manager, and each month, these managers meet to discuss how to improve our modeling processes.
K-12 educational design is an ever-changing market sector that requires constant attention and continuing evolvement from its designer - and GHR has just that. GHR has been involved in many multi-million-dollar new building and addition projects over the years, but we also spend time working with district maintenance staff.
The two school districts of Paris Unit School District No. 95 and Paris Community Unit School District 4 needed to replace their 100-year-old cooperative high school in Paris, Illinois, with a new high school that provides 21st Century Learning Environments. The 134,600 sq.

In an effort to reduce Meridian School District's current four campus district to a two campus district, the existing football and baseball venues were relocated, a multi-story high school addition was built to replace the existing high school, and the existing high school facility was fully renovated to house the middle school students.
The Applied Technology Center (ATC) is a 67,000 ft2 facility which brings together three programs under one roof - Automotive Technology, Automotive Collision, and Industrial Technology/Welding. The building replaces the existing facilities on the main campus and allows for growth over the next 10 years.
