Soleado Hotel

Upon initial check in the space is nice, clean, and well decorated. Great location with free parking on premise. Cute little pool out front and the beach is only a block away. Front desk staff was nice and Efficient. Even let us check in early. Thoroughly impressed so far.

Best kept secret, clean quite, the host a great people. I will come back again and again.

Not a 5 star hotel but very nice spot to stay in if you're looking for something close to the beach! Nice pool and room comes with beach chairs and microwave +small fridge. I enjoyed my stay.

I’m actually posting from the property now, I love this place it’s clean and quite 2 blocks from the beach the owner is awesome!! Staff is very nice I’m coming back to Florida and I’m starting here!

This "hotel" was weird to me. We stayed two nights and both mornings at 9a people started knocking on our door. First time it was to put a towel fixture in the bathroom (that's fine). The second day it was three separate occasions that the cleaning people knocked on the door to clean the room. We were leaving at 11a and felt rushed. We were also told we couldn't use the pool until our flight (what kind of hotel doesn't let you use the hotel until your flight). Also, I asked if I could leave my book bag in the check in office for an hour while we got breakfast and we were told no but could leave

My wife and I stay here several times a year. Great place to stay. Close to the beach and several good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well maintained as is the property. The owners are very friendly and considerate. My only critique is that I wish they had an ice machine.

Stay clear! We booked and were charged for the fist night in advance which was understood. We cancelled the reservation and have been trying for a week to get the refund. Lots of empty promises but still no refund. I am now filing a fraud claim through my bank to get the refund. When you call this hotel you get a cell phone.

Really nice petit hotel with everything you may need for a nice stay; close to the beach (2 blocks only), and close to plenty of dining options. Room I stayed had kitchenette/dinette, living room, full refrigerator, etc. I will return to this place for sure!

More like an apt. Very clean and quiet. 2 blocks from beach. Owner is very pleasant. Pool area clean. A.C worked well. My new home away from home when in Fortlauderdale.

I never take the time to make reviews, I honestly think this is the first time ever but I had to. This hotel is a gem! I don’t know where to start; huge living area, huge bedroom and bed, very nice bathroom with open shower, huge closet, two flatscreens, a stocked kitchen with table and chairs, nice pool, bbq area, lovely table and chairs outside of each room on the deck. Plus they supply you with beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella! Oh and it’s also less than two blocks from beach and an unbeatable price... My friend and I had a blast and we definitely will be back. The woman at the front
