A native of London, England, Dr. Mark Avetoom moved to Southern California and received his undergraduate training at the University of California at Irvine School of Biological Sciences in 1979. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Dr. Avetoom began his dental practice in Tustin.

Mark and his team overcome one of the greatest fears of mankind - Fear of Dental Work. They understand one of the least popular aspects of human healthcare - the dental checkup, and make it a good experience. As with just about everything in life - its the effort we each put forth that results in our success. In this case, it is dental health. I cannot say enough about how well Dr. Avetoom and his team approach not just my present dental situation, but look forward to the important steps necessary for a lifetime of good dental health.

I've been going to Dr. Avetoom for over 20 years now and couldn't speak more highly of him and his staff. They are the definition of professionalism and the highest quality of patient care. I've never met such an amiable dentist and staff that puts everyone at ease with their friendly manner and easygoing demeanor. He actually talked me out of a higher prices procedure because he could do it a different way for less money!! Not only am I extremely comfortable in this office but so is my elementary-age daughter. I've done the children's dentistry for years and none of them made my daughter feel comfortable like this place does. She doesn't even mind going to the dentist now!

Absolute best experience at a dentist office you could have!!! From the cheerful and always welcoming staff, to the virtually painless procedures, I highly recommend Mark Avetoom DDS and company!! Again, we've all had bad experiences at the dentist which therefore make us cringe at the thought of going back, but I can truly say that's it been a joy every time 👌 Thanks y'all, your the best!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Avetoom for many years, and I have always had great experiences. When I had my wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon I got a dry socket, but Dr. Ave who was recommended to me by a friend was able to squeeze me into his schedule as a new patient to help alleviate the pain - which the oral surgeon wouldn't take the time to do. On another occasion I had a root canal, and it was an extremely quick and painless procedure. At least 3 of my friends have started going to him and have also had nothing but positive feedback. He's legit! PS - the teeth bleaching is good too

I just had my first cleaning and whitening with Dr. Avetoom and found the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. His staff was friendly and professional and his personal attention made me sure I was getting great dental care.
