Cascade Springs Apartments

I love Cascade Springs. The pool is amazing and so is the hot tub. My daughter enjoys swimming so it is awesome that these features are indoors. We definitely have pride in our community on cleanliness and being neighborly and kind to everyone.

Tonight's resident event was so cute! I love the community getting together and being able to form bonds. I've never had a property manager that held resident events and actually cared about others. The gifts were great and the food was creative and delicious. I'm seeing big great changes. 👍

Absolutely loved living in Cascade springs apartments! It was perfect for me and my family. We have two dogs and they have a special area for your dogs and even provide bags and garbages to keep the area clean! The maintenance guy Carl was on top of any issues that we had and responded promptly and Brittnee the property manager was super nice and answered any questions we had. She was very thorough when explaining rules and ensured we knew and understood each of them. Would definitely recommend this place!

These apartments are getting nice upgrades which is rare for Cedar City. Most apartments here have ancient carpet and yellow paint. You can tell management cares about everything. Indoor pool and hot tub are a great added feature that many don't expect. Excellent service.

We did the internet installs here for SC broadband Brittney and Carl were excellent to work along side with. Their apartments were very clean by far the cleanest apartment complex I have worked on in my career. The tendents there were awesome to deal with. I would recommend these great people to all who are in need of a good place to call home. Well done Carl and Brittney.

Great place to stay and rent. We moved in and they redid the carpets and flooring so the apartment felt very clean to move into. Management answered all my questions about lease and is very easy to work with!

I moved in a couple of weeks ago & I was cautious to move in as I've noticed on all the reviews there was quite a changing of staff in the front office. Unfortunately I was unable to find anywhere to move into either in St George or in Cedar City, so I took the chance and moved in here. It hasn't been great, only tolerable living here. It takes them a bit to do some maintenance requests. Just a couple of days ago, I got an email and a text telling me that there was a resident appreciation type of event. There's also a raffle, but we only get a raffle ticket if we put in a positive review on Google

We have just moved in and the staff has been amazing. The manager has answered all of my questions and more. She is very friendly. The new maintenance guy has been on top of everything. You can tell he is busy but still makes time to be welcoming and get to any and all concerns. This is been a great experience. I would recommend to anyone!!

Be very careful with your check out process. They will charge over $165 for simple carpet cleaning. Even with a walk through, our security deposit was still eaten through. To add on, this place just let go of a great apartment manager who went out of her way to help me and my wife find a great apartment. Definitely, a shame that they did that!
