Report
This firm was retained by our buyers' lender to officiate the close of escrow on our home in NH.
I cannot underscore how disruptive and uncooperative this firm was throughout this transaction in ways that threatened to delay the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new one. Keyes was contacted on numerous occasions by ourselves, our realtor, and by third parties who were assisting us in the purchase of our new home. These inquiries were frequently met with obstinance and can-kicking. Requests for information were brushed aside with little to no regard for our time or that of our agents
