If you are looking to purchase a cabin in Broken Bow, you need to work with Sylvia! We had an outstanding experience. She grew up in Broken Bow and knows the area so well. She has extensive knowledge of the cabins and knows everyone you would need to know. We are so thankful for the time she took to show us around, making sure we found the right one that met our needs. And she treated us like family!

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Sylvia Murphy! We "Interviewed" several realtors in Broken Bow as we began the search to buy a cabin, and Sylvia stood out as the one with the most experience and the highest level of integrity. Sylvia has lived in the area her whole life and knows it well. My wife and I rode in her car for at least 2 days looking at cabins. We were amazed that she seems to know all the cabins for sale, their interior design, prices and quality builders. After our closing, she helped us get our utilities setup and recommended a property management company. We can't recommend her enough. In fact, one of my business associates bought a cabin from her after we gave him her name. If we buy another cabin, we won't consider any other agent.
