One has an Italian background and culinary experience working around Europe in a Michelin-star restaurant and 5 star hotels, as well as a nomination for the Nevada Restaurant Association (NRA) Culinary Excellence award.The other has a Latin-American background, culinary and front of the house experience in the Las Vegas and Los Angeles area.
