Services
Important: You must have ALL utilities turned on at time of inspection (water, electricity, gas). A comprehensive inspection cannot be performed without proper utilities turned on (water, electricity, gas). For safety reasons we cannot turn on ANY utility system at meter or otherwise. Pilot lights must be lit to test appliance prior to inspection.
If for any reason you cannot attend the inpsection process you will need to download the Authorization Agreement, sign and initial in appropriate spaces located on second page of agreement. Both signiture and initials are required to confirm that you have read and understand the agreement and procedure.
Inspection fee schedule below is based on square footage, location (local / non-local) and foundation type (slab / raised). Some inspectors have "FREE" termite certificate included, but it is built into the price whether you need it or not. We offer termite certification separately for $60 only if needed or desired (the average termite certificate cost $95+).

Mr. Paul has done 2 home inspections for us and he has been great. He is very thorough and takes his time doing things. I love that he wants us there so he can show us some of the things he finds. At the end of the inspection he goes over everything he finds in detail so there's no surprises when you get the report. On top of being very professional he is also very friendly. 10/10 would recommend Hebert's Home Inspections.

Mr. Paul did an amazing job inspecting the home we're buying! He was very thorough. He went through the entire report with us and explained everything to us. And he even gave us plenty of recommendations on ways to fix the small repairs that would be needed! He even booked the termite inspection for us. The guy came out at the same time as Mr. Paul. Mr Paul came highly recommended by the agent & after working with him, it was very apparent why he was so highly recommended. His professionalism was apparent from the moment we met. Mr. Hebert Inspected a home that I was purchasing from my grandfathers estate. Paul is a really nice guy who is friendly and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls.

After spending thousands of dollars renovating the home we had a nice little rain which caused the roof to leak.
