I extend to your family a warm welcome from our Joyful Noise Family. Our goal is to provide all of our students with a strong foundation for their educational journey. We do this through a curriculum focused on their social-emotional, physical and intellectual growth. We want their years to be filled with exploration, creativity, social interaction and positive self-images as they proceed through a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
In the fall of 1997 a steering committee, for the establishment of a preschool, was instituted with members of Zion Lutheran Church. After investigation, planning and preparation the preschool opened in the fall of 1998. The school consisted of one two-day, three-year-old class; one three-day four-year-old class and a three-day extended-day class named Arts in the Afternoon.
Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the nurturing and educated professional staff, the contributions and collaborations from the families of Joyful Noise Preschool and the community as well as the support and prayers of Zion Lutheran Church we will provide an accredited early childhood educational program for all children, regardless of race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin, gender, religion, disability or ability to pay.
What a great way to start your child's Early Childhood education by enrolling 2 1/2 and young three year olds into a Caterpillar class. A small class of 10 lively 2 and young three year olds will be gaining self confidence, learning routines, interacting with other children and adults all in a fun-filled environment.
Energetic three year olds need an atmosphere where they can discover themselves, practice their new skills, and develop relationships with others. The Bumblebee or Hummingbird classes is just the place for these young investigators to explore. Encouraging them to use all of their senses to make discoveries is one of the main objectives of these classes.
