I have used Chem-Dry of Duval for many years, but this will be my last time. First, I was disappointed that there was a stain in my carpet that they didn't remove. Second, the technician showed up an hour and a half earlier than scheduled and the owner (Ishmael) called me to confirm the time even though they were already at my house! And finally, I negotiated the same price over the phone as the last time they cleaned, but when they came they increased the price. Ryan, the technician said he would include a "free" can of spot cleaner to make up some of the extra he was charging. He even said he
