Cedar Health and Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, conveniently located just east of Intermountain Cedar City Hospital on the north side of Cedar City. We feature 120 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.

4 stars only because 5 stars is near impossible in my book. You can’t please everyone and I won’t imply that they are perfect. However, I what I can say with absolute confidence (having worked with 4 different skilled nursing facilities in the southern Utah area) this place is top notch in regards to their leadership team. They genuinely care, they are invested far beyond the normal job requires them to be. I have gotten messages or phone calls from varying members of the leadership after hours & on weekends just to ensure I was kept in the loop. They are competent and have high standards of

I have brought my mother and father to rehab and be cared for at Cedar Health and Rehabilitation because it is a family-like atmosphere and clean. My parents live in a small town near Richfield. It is a hour and a half drive from Cedar. There are facilities I could have taken them to which were closer, but I have choose Cedar Health and Rehabilitation because I trusted they would be well taken care of. Staff treat my family members with compassion and understanding. They meet there needs holistically. There facility is clean and staff work together as a team. I am a Nurse and C.N.A. teacher. I

Way to go cedar health and rehab! I toured the facility a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly as I walked through and everyone was smiling! That has to be a good sign. The rooms are big, it was clean and it smelled good which was great. If you have a loved one in this area that is looking for a place to go cedar health and rehab is that place.

I've been there as a visitor and professionally to support this building since new ownership last year. What an amazing change this facility has undergone. And I believe there is more changes to come! The staff is caring and friendly and the facility is kept clean by great housekeeping staff. I can't say enough about this place.

My wife has been a patient at Bella Terra twice. The therapy she received was professional and outstanding. Bella Terra has quality initiatives in place that can address issues quickly. The staff are like family. A friend of mine who had his father at Bella Terra referred to them as angels, which I agree with his description. I overheard a visitor to one of the residents ask if there was a facility like Bella Terra in the Salt Lake area because they were so impressed with the caring staff and wanted the same care for her loved one. I highly recommend Bella Terra.
